            Production Method: Hand-harvested and hand-destemmed grapes, fermented with native yeasts, gently pressed, and aged in concrete eggs and Flextanks using gravity.

            Color: Intense purple with hints of blue and violet.

            Aromas: Ripe plums, blueberries, blackberries, and violets.

            Palate: Medium-bodied but powerful, filling the mouth with abundant black fruit.

              Tasting Notes: It is a true delight for the senses. On the nose, it welcomes you with fresh, floral, and meaty notes, lifted by hints of prunes and mandarins. 

               In the mouth, this wine truly shines. It boasts a vibrant and savory palate, with firm acidity that gives it a refreshing character. The fine Cinsault tannins provide structure, that adds a unique personality to the wine.

                Vintage: 2019

                Color: Bright, intense crimson-purple.

                Nose: Intense with notes of red and black fruit like blueberries, blackberries, and cherries, intermingled with spicy notes of smoke and dark chocolate.

                Mouth: Sweet attack; smooth, velvety tannins fill the mouth with ripe flavors, along with delicious acidity. The finish is very long.

                Serving Temperature: 16°C-18°C

                  Production: 13,045 bottles produced.

                  Grape Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

                  Denomination of Origin: Maipo Andes Valley, one and a half hectares of family-owned vineyards.

                  Soil: Coluvial, stony, of volcanic origin.

                  Density and Yield: 6,667 plants per hectare with a yield of 1.83 kg per plant.

                  Harvest Date: February 28, 2020, hand-harvested.

                  Bottling Date: February 23, 2022.

                  Aging: 12 months in 6th use barrels and 11 months in concrete tanks.

                    Variety: Garnacha

                    Origin: Maipo Valley, CHILE

                    Harvest: Manual

                    Year: 2019

                    Aging: 10 months in American oak barrels.

                    Color: Purple-red.

                    Aroma: Ripe sweet fruit, mineral aroma like graphite. 

                    Flavor: Balanced and harmonious, juicy and fruity, sweet and elegant, medium-bodied, with wood notes of vanilla and prevailing red fruit notes. The graphite lingers on the palate.

                    Pairing: Ideal for appetizers, seafood, white meats like fish and rabbit, Emmental cheese.

                    Alcohol: 13.5% By VOL.
